Welcome to my blog about teaching Portuguese to foreigners! My name is Adriana Ribeiro-Mayer, a Brazilian journalist with extensive experience in the written press and also in academia, with a Master's in Arts from the University of Beaux-Arts and a PhD in Theater Sciences from the University of Vienna.

Here you will learn Brazilian Portuguese through everyday conversations. This way, you will practice the Portuguese language, learn grammar, increase your vocabulary and also get to know all the cultural contexts.

Our course is focused on Brazilian Portuguese, but we will also make comparisons with the Portuguese spoken in Portugal. Will you learn Portuguese with me?
